Anoestrus or irregular oestrus cycle in cows and buffaloes may arise from poor management, disease or disturbances in endocrine functions. Failure to manifest oestrus affects breeding programme, which causes greater economic loss to farmers due to unproductive animals.
Action:

Indications:
- Anoestrus due to non-specific reasons.
- Silent / weak heat.

Composition:
OestroStim Feed Cake provides appropriate quantities of herbal ingredients - viz., Vrikshadani Babool, Garbhakar, Vyosh, Aswagandh, Indravaruni, Kesar, Jatikosh, Srisangya, Chandrasangya, Saraswathi, Adhapushpi, Pippali, Marich and Srigaveer in a natural carrier.
Dosage:
Cattle, Buffaloes, Mares and Heifers: 1 Unit
Ewes, Does and Sows: ½ Unit
- For anoestrus condition OestroStim should be administered orally with gur or crumbled and mixed with food on the first day followed by another dose on the second day.
- In case of weak or no sign of heat within 10 days, administration of OestroStim should be repeated as above on the 11th and 12th day. Watch for oestrus in next 10 days.
