UltraSil-Dairy is a unique blend of mixed silicates which are processed to various stages to enhance the toxin adsorption and Organic acids. It provides selective and stable binding mechanism without disturbing the nutrients.

Mixture of Phyllosilicates and Tectosilicates
The silicates are specifically treated, thus resulting in a selective and stable binding mechanism. Silicates adsorb toxins by chemisorption and are eliminated through feces. They also effectively controls the caking of feed during prolonged storage of feed.
Organic Acids
UltraSil-Dairy contains salts of Propionic, Acetic, 2, 4 - Hexadienoic acid, Benzene Carboxylic acid and Isobutyric acid. The mixtures of acids possess antifungal, antibacterial properties with sporicidal action and anticaking property. Mixture of organic acids protect the feed and animals from the development of various fungal organisms, spores and bacterial contamination.
Features of UltraSil-Dairy
- UltraSil-Dairy selectively adsorbs and immobilizes mycotoxins and has a high capacity for binding aflatoxin rapidly when administered through feed.
- Forms a stable complex and remains stable in pH range of 2 to 10. Ensures that toxins pass out harmlessly through the intestinal tract of the animal.
- Low concentration of the toxin in birds causes reduced resistance to diseases with moist vent, Diarrhoea-loose green motions and dehydration.
- Has high affinity for aflatoxins and drastically reduces bioavailability of mycotoxins thereby rendering contaminated feed harmless.
- UltraSil-Dairy is inert and is harmless to animals.
- Binds excess moisture in feed and acts as an anti-caking agent.
- Organic acids in UltraSil-Dairy are also useful as preservatives and mould inhibitors. Therefore, they prevent the feeds to be destroyed due to moulds.
Usage Recommendation: 1 kg per ton of Feed.
Based on the contamination levels, dosage can be increased up to 2.5 kg per ton of feed.
