Laminitis

Laminitis is the inflammation of the laminae of the hooves causing lameness. Bovine laminitis is most common in lactating animals and in general, laminitis is a systemic disease affecting not only the hooves, but also the general condition of the animal with the involvement of nutrition and health status of the rumen.
