Description:
Siproxin 10% is the fourth generation fluoroquinolone formulation and having highly potent anti-microbial feature to eradicate bacteria by inhibiting DNA gyrase which is responsible for bacterial DNA replication.
Siproxin 10% is highly absorbed from the gut and reaches the maximum plasma concentration within ½ to 1 hour and then it distributes efficiently to different tissues, especially lung, liver & kidney.
Plasma concentration is 100 times higher than the MIC for
- Mycoplasma
- Salmonella & E-Coli
- Pasteurella
- Staphylococcus & Streptococcus
Siproxin 10% after oral administration reaches very high plasma concentration within 60 minutes to all vital organs and eliminates 99% of pathogenic bacteria (E.Coli, Klebsiella, Salmonella and Pseudomonas etc.).

- CRD Complex
- Colisepticaemia
- Fowl cholera
- Gangrenous dermatitis (Wing rot)
- Salmonella infections
- Infectious coryza

Equivalent to Ciprofloxacin I.P 100 mg

Dosage through drinking water
Dosage recommendation is at the rate of 10 mg / kg body weight.
Poultry:
1 gm in 1 litre of drinking water for 3 to 5 days. Or as advised by the Veterinarian.
